Approx 5 days after installing MS Security Essentials, performance in Hotmail & IE degraded considerably. All was quite good beforehand, now it is painful to use. Jerky, delayed movement with mouse, mini-freezes, slow loads. Not sure the problem is IE8 or Security Essentials. Any thoughts on how this can be improved? Really not workable.1 person needs an answerI do too

No -- MSE replaced OneCare as coverage expired.Might this also be involved witb IE8? Upgraded approx 45 days earlier.On both Internet and within Hotmail, very slow, jerky movements, hangs; as if I have no control over what the program is doing.Some days, my Hotmail signon is retained; others not.Can you provide more detail on potential problems with MS Update?? Tks
